NAD Serum and sunscreen: a practical morning routine
A serum and a sunscreen do different jobs. Build your morning routine around comfortable skincare and a separate sun-protection step, rather than the number of products you apply. This guide explains where NADORA NAD Serum fits and what still needs checking on your sunscreen label.

NADORA NAD Serum is a leave-on skincare cosmetic. The product information available for this guide does not include an SPF or UVA-protection test. Do not count it as sunscreen. A reference to NAD or an antioxidant ingredient is not a UV-protection rating.
An uncomplicated morning order
Cleanse, apply NADORA NAD Serum, add moisturiser according to your skin’s needs, then apply sunscreen before makeup. Follow the serum label for the amount and let each layer settle. If you use prescribed skin medication, its instructions take priority. You do not need several serums to complete this routine.
Read the sunscreen label
Look for broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection, SPF 30 or higher and water resistance for outdoor activity. Choose a texture you can spread comfortably over exposed skin, including face, neck and ears. Follow that sunscreen’s amount and application instructions; using serum is no reason to reduce sunscreen.
Reapply protection, not the whole routine
When outdoors, reapply sunscreen about every two hours and after swimming or sweating, following the label. Applying more NAD Serum does not renew sun protection. Use shade, protective clothing and a hat as well. Extra skincare steps do not compensate for inadequate protection.
If layers pill or feel uncomfortable
Simplify the skincare layers and allow them to settle before the next step. Keep the labelled sunscreen amount; do not blend serum into the sunscreen to make application easier. Introduce one new product at a time and test a small area. Stop an irritating product and seek professional advice for severe or persistent symptoms.
Understand the limits of the evidence
The American Academy of Dermatology guidance cited here concerns general sun protection, not a NADORA product trial. Cell studies explain mechanisms, ingredient studies test specified substances or formulas, and finished-product claims need evidence for that product. None of these steps establishes biological-age reversal or disease treatment by this serum.
